Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Head Office
∎ Contract Period: 2 years (including minimum 3 months in probation period)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the admin and activities of the existing CDP upon pre-defined project plan
∎ Preparing annual plan of action (PoA) and FD6 when required
∎ Designing/providing information for new projects
∎ Maintaining efficient networking and partnership with community resource, local government and non-governmental organizations
∎ Maintaining efficient communication with HO and international office
∎ Preparing and presenting status reports upon monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual implementation
∎ Effective staff management to keep members sufficiently involved and motivated
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years (experience with only evidence and relevance will count)
∎ Female candidates will get preference
∎ Ability to work with the marginalized community people for their capacity enhancement
∎ Ability to understand and to analyze community's problems and corresponding solutions
∎ Ability for supportive supervision and monitoring of CDP staff and community resources
∎ Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural office environment
∎ Basic managerial capacity to build and manage the team spirit and to work with and without top-down supervision
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
