Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed University or Master degree of any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage communication including emails and company all other documents.
∎ Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
∎ Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
∎ Scheduling meetings and appointments.
∎ Preparing documents for meetings and business trips.
∎ Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams and managing director.
∎ Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
∎ Update database and track projects and media exposure.
∎ Facilitate effective internal communications and Maintain calendars and appointments.
∎ Prepare presentations and reports.
∎ Have to visit the project with the foreigners and team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years' experience in Communication & administration. Experienced to work in any reputed Multinational company will be preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General communication & administration
∎ Have willingness to visit CyberGuard Ltd Field offices or beyond.
∎ Communication skills to interact with foreigners.
∎ Sound in computer especially in MS Word, MS-excel, PowerPoint.
