Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring overall activities of the Export-Import section.
∎ Flow up banking procedure timely export and Import
∎ Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include - corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Responsible for all Custom clearance of Imported materials, In-bond, Ex-bond and Inter bond operation with BB/cash LC process independently.
∎ Responsible for customs bond license audit, renewal and bond limit (one time / yearly) as per company requirement.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistic activities of Import in time.
∎ Prepare audit documents for customs Audit & Follow up and provide LC to supplier within stipulated time frame.
∎ Familiar with custom rules, import policies, & SROs and import related web portals.
∎ Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import documentation i.e. Maintain liaison with BGMEA, customs, C&F and other related Government officials.
∎ Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank and Insurance Company.Maintain in / out flow of payment (L/Cs, TT etc).
∎ Maintain Time & Action plan, proper record of all LC, payment etc.
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management for necessary action.
∎ Liable to prepare a presentation to the director of the company for a monthly meeting purpose.
∎ To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ We are looking for potential candidates for the position of “Manager-Commercial”. who has knowledge, skills, experience in Composit Garments Factory.
