Responsibilities & Context:
· Have a sound technical knowledge in circular knitting.
· Properly understand buyer's requirement.
· Run the R&D-knitting operation to achieve production target, quality (self-Development, Buyer Development, PP & 1st bulk) following the SOP.
· To confirm all sample knitting related parameter and provide to bulk concern as per SOP.
· Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
· Maintain proper documentation of Knitting processes, production reports, and quality records.
