Job Context:
∎ We are looking for interested candidates for the Manager CAD (Knit) who has initiative, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results who are good knowledge in lectra modaris, GTR & optitex Software.
∎ This position will be leading the CAD department in daily activities and achieving departmental goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reduce cost by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers demand
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use
∎ Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments and grading as per instructions, and preparing a mini-marker for the calculation of the material consumption for costing purposes
∎ Ensure garments costing, consumption, pattern development, grading as required
∎ Communicate with buyer, merchandiser and factory production staffs
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in lectra modaris, GTR & optitex Software.
∎ Very good communication skills (Verbal and written)
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Ability to operate in lectra modaris, GTR & optitex Software.
∎ Good mathematics skills
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Knowledge about pattern making
∎ Knowledge about sample development procedure
∎ Knowledge about Auto CAD and any other CAD Software.
