∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Sewing), SEWING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management
∎ Responsible for effective production planning and efficient implementation
∎ Order status monitoring & responsible for achieving production
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department, others department & production people for smooth operation
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for achieve target production.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Create highly motivated work force to achieve target.
∎ Establish highest level of discipline in production floors.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Communicate with top management directly when any issues arises.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
