• Vast knowledge in HS code classification.

• Excellent organizational & leadership skills.

• Positive approach to critical situation handling, hard-working and self-motivated.

• Sound communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and e-mail correspondence.

• Check & process of Shipping documents, Bill of Lading, Dock receipt, Import/Export declaration, Certificate of origin.

• Maintain liaison with different Govt. officials (ie. BSTI, BERC, BTRC, Radiation, Environmental & Explosive department).

• Documentation of Shipping lines & freight of different destinations and various charges paid by exporters.

• Monitor & proper supervision of import duty requisition with duty, port & agent charges calculation.

• Monitor & ensure of online duty payment (RTGS) of banking server, risk bond & shipping guarantee, Email, NOC, container receiving & register entry.

• Prepare Navy documents forwarding and monitoring the DG status.

• Prepare damage/demurrage calculation & requisition.

• Prepare customs related notes and letters.

• Monitor and ensure the completion of full process of import job adjustment.

• Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
