Excellent organizational & leadership skills.

Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and e-mail correspondence.
Responsibilities & Context:
Check & process of Shipping documents, Bill of Lading, Dock receipt, Import/Export declaration, Certificate of origin.
Maintain liaison with different Govt. officials (ie. BSTI, BERC, BTRC, Radiation, Environmental & Explosive department).
Documentation of Shipping lines & freight of different destinations and various charges paid by exporters.
Monitor & proper supervision of import duty requisition with duty, port & agent charges calculation.
Monitor & ensure of online duty payment (RTGS) of banking server, risk bond & shipping guarantee, Email, NOC, container receiving & register entry.
Prepare Navy documents forwarding and monitoring the DG status.
Prepare damage/demurrage calculation & requisition.
Prepare customs related notes and letters.
Monitor and ensure the completion of full process of import job adjustment.
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
