Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take strategic initiative to optimize the sales performance·
∎ Develop and apply methods to improve the sales process·
∎ Ensure the optimal level of efficiency in all sales functions·
∎ Implement business excellent frameworks·
∎ Monitor key sales performance metrics·
∎ Enhance the customer experience strategics to maximize customer satisfaction·
∎ Monitor daily sales KPI & prepare the update report for top management.
∎ Conduct market analysis & develop comparative reports for top management.
∎ Prepare sales & business presentation with comparative data as weekly basis.
∎ Any other task given by the CEO, CHRO, CMO
