• 3–7 years of experience in construction surveying, preferably in large commercial or high-rise projects.
• Expertise in land and structural surveying techniques.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, coordinates, and levels.
• Ability to set and maintain benchmarks, datums, and site grids.
• Attention to detail with excellent mathematical and spatial awareness.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight schedules and in varied site conditions.

• Conduct topographic and layout surveys for site planning and construction work.

• Establish and mark reference points, elevations, and gridlines on site.

• Verify accuracy of site levels, column positioning, and foundation layout during construction.

• Collaborate with engineers to translate architectural/structural drawings into site markings.

• Use total stations, theodolites, GPS, and other survey instruments for precise measurements.

• Monitor and document any site level variations, discrepancies, or deviations from design.

• Conduct as-built surveys and prepare necessary reports and drawings.

• Assist in excavation alignment, basement and footing layout, slab setting, and other critical measurements.

• Maintain calibration and proper functioning of all surveying equipment.

• Support QA/QC teams by providing level checks and dimensional verification.
