Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like high net-worth clients, commercial organizations and institutions, regulatory bodies.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's portfolio and working knowledge of competitor products/services.
∎ Identify new market opportunities, and devising robust business proposals and action plan to fulfill the company's strategic objectives and sales targets over the long-term
∎ Monitor industry legislative developments, develop and implement strategic changes in order to maintain compliance and maximize business performance,
∎ Initiate negotiations and close deals with clientele.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience of business development in priority banking or high-end real estate segment.
∎ Ability to lead conversations with high-end customers.
∎ Self-motivated and performance driven.
∎ Ability to adapt and utilize new technologies.
∎ Strategic planning and implementation.
∎ Ability to take charge of situations and provide ad-hoc solutions.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability and should have strong communication skill.
∎ Ability to analysis data and management.
∎ Good command in MS Office.
