∎ Preparation of BOQ and Budget of HVAC system.
∎ Energy efficient building and HVAC system design.
∎ BMS system design and equipment selection, making IO summary.
∎ Revit MEP modeling.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 12-15 years of work experience in relevant field.
