∎ Bachelor of Architect from a reputed Public/ Private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining the needs and requirements of client.
∎ Preparation of project brief, including concept development.
∎ Design development.
∎ Preparation of presentation material.
∎ Preparation of working drawings.
∎ Preparation of 3D study model.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Site supervision and Quality Audit experience in International Chain Hotel for at least 02 years.
∎ Experience in design and supervision of large / high rise building and other structures, co-ordination between all disciplines & construction team.
∎ Familiar with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
∎ Team player and creative problem solver.
∎ Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
∎ Good in Auto CAD 2D, 3D visualization & Revit Architecture.
∎ Special experience in 3Ds Max, Sketch up and rendering by latest software like V-Ray, Lumion etc.
