Job Context:
∎ BPCL is looking for an experienced dynamic professional for its Business Development and Technical Sales Team. This is an exciting position as it involves traveling both in and out of Bangladesh.
∎ The Business Development Manager will be the smart, sharp and affable executive who will grow BPCL`s businesses both within and beyond Bangladesh. S/He will be the face representing BPCL to our vast patrons and along the way will develop new ones. Using creative techniques, technical expertise and business acumen based on facts, the Business Development Manager will ensure growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and buyers .
∎ Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
∎ Researching and liaising with officials of other companies to learn their needs.
∎ Formulate strategies to acquire business intelligence such as information other company decision makers .
∎ Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events .
∎ Preparing powerful graphic illustrations of products, market trends and monthly & yearly sales trend.
∎ Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals.
∎ Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person.
∎ Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in written & spoken English.
∎ Willing to travel extensively in and out of Bangladesh
∎ Socially adept
∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent verbal and numeracy reasoning skills
∎ Ability in generating reports
∎ Ability in designing attractive product pitch
∎ Creative in thinking and for generating market leads
∎ Ability in training personnel and helping sales team members develop their skills

Salary: Negotiable
