∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in CSE or any engineering discipline from recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Applications Manager develops, implements and maintains policies and standard procedures on application support services.
∎ He/She manages the team to ensure that all support or service requests are dealt with according to the agreed procedures.
∎ He/She manages external providers with the technical support for the software application.
∎ He/She communicates and negotiates with stakeholders and external parties on application support and maintenance related matters.
∎ He/She reviews periodic reports on the issues raised and resolved and identifies trends of issues raised.
∎ He/She manages the ERP system, support helpdesk, develops BI and MIS reports as per business requirements
∎ Administer company databases and design applications roadmap ac per the business growth plan

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven knowledge on database management (SQL, Oracle)
∎ Prior knowledge on Business Intelligence and MIS system.
∎ Prior experience of managing large IT projects.
∎ High level of analytical ability to provide solutions of technical issues.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Top class communication skills with stakeholders and technology groups.
