Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives and market trends.
∎ Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the marketing team, fostering an environment of innovation and professional growth.
∎ Oversee the cultivation and maintenance of the brand's image, ensuring consistency and enhancing its premium positioning.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and devise strategies to elevate the brand's presence.
∎ Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, continuously optimizing for impact.
∎ Lead digital marketing initiatives encompassing social media, SEO, SEM, content creation, and email marketing.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to drive integrated marketing efforts.
∎ Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources strategically to achieve maximum returns on investment.
∎ Monitor key marketing metrics, prepare comprehensive reports, and present insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
∎ Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, stakeholders, and influencers to amplify the brand's reach.

∎ Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
∎ Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
∎ Previous experience in high-end products or the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
