Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Hire Purchse sales and achieve daily, monthly & yearly targets.
• Lead customer engagement, promote HP benefits & close deals.
• Monitor collections, follow up overdue accounts & guide recovery actions.
• Conduct field visits to build awareness & generate new leads.
• Supervise & mentor Hire Purchas Sales Executives, ensuring SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with Cash Sales team for smooth branch operations.
• Prepare & submit sales/collection reports and escalate key issues.
