Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Farm Management, Fisheries, Fisheries sector, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in plants from planning, building, inauguration of farm & running operation successfully.
∎ Setup production standards, and participate in improvement initiatives.
∎ Adapting to new technologies as they develop and learning practical skills.
∎ Possessing stock skills such as fish handling, spawning, grading and harvesting as per biofloc project.
∎ Supervise overall activity of the farm.
∎ Maintain liaison with gov't body, related organization & suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Manage all aspect of the growing activities such as daily schedules for feeding and harvesting while simultaneously troubleshooting on site.
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ People management & Negotiation skills.
