Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to manage a dynamic team to achieve orgnaizations goal
∎ Have to plan prepare and execute business plan independently
∎ Have to monitor team mate's performance and provide corrective measures
∎ Have to lead the team from the front
∎ Have to maintain a healthy relationship with the diversified trainers pool.
∎ Have to source new trainers on different topics.
∎ Have to be involved in all aspects of business operation including sales & marketing of eLearning services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have 5-8 years experience in any training/elearning organization
∎ Experience in arranging or coordinating training programs and active in University level Extra-curricular activities.
∎ Practical orientation of Marketing vehicles rather than having Theoretical Marketing knowledge.
∎ Having good Inter-personal skills and eager to face situations to prove it.
∎ Professional fluency in Bangla and English.
