Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and achieve sales target of hatchery
∎ To plan and achieve sales target of fishery
∎ Managing, organizing & supervising whole biofloc/fisheries farm
∎ Supervising and providing related aquaculture training to fisheries and hatcheries workers.
∎ Develop the market of fish selling.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Administration and proper operation
∎ Others will be discussed later

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years relevant working experience
∎ Preference will be given to those who are experienced in commercial fish farming.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills and decision-making ability.
∎ Independent, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented target driven and able to work in a fluid and fast moving environment.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
