∎ Looking for ADNOC/Lubricant Business in Bangladesh.
∎ ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) operate across the entire hydrocarbon/lube value chain, through a network of fully-integrated businesses, with interests that range from exploration, production, storage, refining and distribution, to the development of a wide-range of petrochemical products. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive lube sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve targets.
∎ Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
∎ Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy.
∎ Provide the Company with lubricants marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance.
∎ Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use.
∎ To achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To visit prospects/ customers regularly.
∎ Implement marketing activities
∎ Give technical solution, offer right lube product, find root cause if there is any problem.
∎ Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
∎ Collaborates with executive leadership, other divisions, and departments to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems.
∎ Manages the implementation of operational processes across all locations.
∎ Analyzes reporting, financials and sales and drives changes needed to remain competitive in all areas.
∎ Technical knowledge about engine oil, hydraulic oil, grease, other petroleum & lubricants products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Lubes/ Tyre & battery/Automobiles/ Power or worked as direct business at similar position.
∎ Extensive working experience in similar roles at sales management level in a highly competitive sales environment, of which oil/ petroleum are preferred.
∎ Excellent multiple stake holders & customer Relationship Management (CRM), with ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in English, high ability to influence.
∎ Highly analytical and problem solving ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
∎ Customer Service Oriented.
∎ Proactive, initiative and creative and highly result oriented.
∎ Working knowledge of computer applications, especially in MS-Office

Salary: Negotiable
