·         The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in sewing machine maintenance, preventive planning, troubleshooting, and team management to ensure seamless production support.

·         Lead the sewing maintenance team to ensure 100% readiness of sewing lines for smooth production operations.

·         Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all types of sewing machines (e.g., Lockstitch, Overlock, Flatlock, Bartack, Buttonhole, Button Attach, Kansai Special, etc.).

·         Ensure quick and efficient troubleshooting of machine breakdowns to reduce downtime.

·         Monitor machine performance and initiate corrective actions for continuous improvement.

·         Oversee the installation, setup, and adjustment of sewing machines for new styles and processes.

·         Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and ensure minimum stock levels.

·         Analyse machine performance reports and initiate proactive maintenance programs.

·         Train and develop technical staff on new machinery handling, maintenance procedures, and best practices.

·         Ensure compliance with factory safety, health, and environmental standards.

·         Collaborate with the Production and Industrial Engineering (IE) departments to optimize machine layout and productivity.

·         Prepare maintenance budgets, reports, and cost-saving initiatives.

·         Implement lean maintenance practices and cost-control measures.

·         Coordinate with sewing machine suppliers and service vendors for technical support and spares.
