Responsibilities & Context:
· Lead the CAD and Sample team to ensure timely and accurate sample development.
· Supervise pattern making, marker making, and consumption analysis using CAD software (e.g., Gerber / Lectra / Optitex).
· Review buyer tech packs and ensure proper pattern and sample interpretation.
· Coordinate with merchandising, production, and technical teams for smooth sample approval.
· Ensure fit, size, and measurement accuracy before sample submission.
· Monitor fabric utilization, consumption, and cost optimization through efficient marker planning.
· Guide sample tailors and technicians to maintain high quality and consistency.
· Prepare and maintain all related reports and records for management review.
