∎ Experience in garments accessories market is highly appreciable.
∎ Computer literacy is must (MS-Word, Excel, Internet, Social media & E-mail operation).
∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Effectively processing and execution of orders.
∎ Keep tracking on each team mates daily work. Performs all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth work flow.
∎ Supports marketing and sales initiatives.
∎ Provides feedback regarding increase/decrease of business as a base for appropriate management decision making.
∎ Receives customer enquiries and initiates appropriate action after liaison with the respective CS team mate.
∎ Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
∎ Communicate with customers regularly over phone and email.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Response to Client time to time.
∎ Follow up customers queries and update accordingly.
∎ Follow up orders.
∎ Regular report 20-30 based on demand.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
