Job Context:
∎ Dips Apparel Ltd. is a 100% export oriented (Knit based) garments factory. Now we are searching “Manager / Asst. Manager – Production” for our Jamgora (Near Fantasy Kingdom), Ashulia, Dhaka plant.
∎ Job Location: Jamgora (Near Fantasy Kingdom), Ashulia, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Organize, Instruct and optimum day to day operation to exceed customers’ expectations
∎ Increase production ensuring maximum utilization of resources and minimizing unnecessary cost.
∎ Supervise the entire production process & prepare the proper documentation s per SOP.
∎ Maintaining the quality of product as per customer and standards requirements
∎ Achieve production target as per production plan to meet deadline
∎ Responsible for enhancing workers’ performance and skills
∎ Identify and give solution of bottlenecks.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
∎ Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
∎ Ensure new joiners are trained properly to maintain production capacity and quality
∎ Increase overall factory efficiency and productivity by achieving all KPIs and ensuring factory compliance
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth operations with order forecasting
∎ Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed
∎ Ensure buyer audits meet the compliance and quality of operation and Local and international laws
∎ Develop and establish SOP for all level of production activities
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Production Management, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (knit).
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years experience as Production manager.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours as factory needed
∎ Good written and verbal communication in Bangla/English.
∎ Good Analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relationship
∎ Able to Work Under pressure and multitasking ability
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Applicants are expected to be Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous, detailed, well organized and focused to meet deadlines.
∎ Candidate have knowledge on 5S Framework, Six Sigma, kaizen will have added preference.
Salary: Negotiable
