Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up overall maintenance of all poultry machinery & sheds.
∎ Ensure Safety of environment of poultry farm & Bio-security management & Brooding management.
∎ Prepare & provide daily,Weekly & monthly reports to management within deadline.
∎ Identity training & development for team members to increase each employee's performance as per KPI.
∎ Ensure the prevention & treatment(vaccination, vitamin & mineral at right time)Ensure feed & water management as per recipe within just in time.
∎ Ensuring monthly taget achievement of production.
∎ Maintain incubator of Turkey, Duck, Goat.
∎ To make Budget for Poultry farm.
∎ Provide requisition at the store at just in time with budget.
