Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bangladesh Development Company Ltd. (BDC) is a reputed Real Estate Company looking for smart, dynamic candidate for the post of Manager/Dy. Manager (Marketing & Sales).
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Sales & Marketing of plots.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends. Studying competitors products & services.
∎ Preparing sales and collection reports and other reports assigned by supervisor
∎ Preparing and managing marketing plan and budgets. Collect monthly installments from existing clients. Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Supporting and managing a marketing teams. Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 05 years practical work experience as Manager/ Dy. Manager (Sales & Marketing) in Sales & Marketing Department of any reputed Real Estate Company.
