Job Description / Responsibility:
Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.
