Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.

  • Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.

  • Time to time report must be submitted to Head of Sales.
