∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidates with practical experience in Garment Costing are highly encourage to apply

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Ensure Proper Method & Time Study.
∎ Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target.
∎ To prepare operation bulletin, costing and line lay out for every new style.
∎ Work place designing in a cost effective manner and line balancing.
∎ Conduct & monitor Time - study, capacity study, production study.
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
∎ Analyze individual operator's performance.
∎ Unskilled operator's performance follow up.
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors (COT).
∎ Ensure every sewing operator having skill card with pictures.
∎ Factory Production Incentive report monitoring.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
