∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and ensure daily cutting plan and daily lay plan
∎ Realizing the production as planned in cutting fabrics, laces and straps, Moulding and Laminating
∎ Ensure loading is as per the requirement of the sewing lines and plan priority and monitoring quantity of material cut everyday along with the loading report
∎ Co-ordinating with sample room, RM stores, sewing and PPIC and ensure the workflows in the right direction
∎ Preparing a procedure of process control to ensure the quality of laying work, cutting fabric, laces and straps, Moulding and Laminating
∎ Ensure cutting is as per the approved and the sample pattern given by the sample room
∎ Co-ordinating with the QA Department and helping them when needed
∎ Responsible for maximum utilization of fabric in order to achieve material efficiency targets
∎ Returning back the left over fabric rolls with required documentation
∎ Monitoring quantity of material cut everyday along with the loading report
∎ Ensure all the documents are up to date and accurate
∎ Ensure discipline in the cutting room
∎ Ensure markers used are of efficiency equal to or higher than purchase efficiency
∎ Ensure cutting plan is efficient
∎ Ensure all recuts are managed efficiently
∎ Coordinating training of cutting operators
∎ Managing the administration of the whole cutting department
∎ Responsible for solving any consumption issues with merchandisers
∎ Responsible for machine maintenance and control
∎ Responsible for manpower training and development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
