∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Bangladesh Labor Law, Commercial/ Export-Import, Company Law, Knowledge on SAP, Taxation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually in accordance with IAS, IFRS and other applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance 1984, Company Law and VAT Act.
∎ Conduct fixed asset inventory takes & physical verification of assets in order to ensure availability and accounting of available assets.
∎ Conducting and assisting the yearly financial audit, Transfer price audit, Annual Raw Material Stock Audit, Provident fund audit and Gratuity fund audits
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on the structure, rules and regulations and maintaining connectivity with regulatory bodies such as BEPZA, Customs, Bangladesh Bank, City Corporation, National Board of Revenue, VAT Commissionerate, Export Promotions Bureau, BKMEA/BGMEA, Fire Department etc.
∎ Handling the statutory audits of regulatory bodies such as National Board of Revenue, Customs, VAT Commissionerate etc
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on maintaining payment structures to meet requirements of the Bill of Entry
∎ Knowledge on salary structures as per the labour law prevailing in country.
∎ Maintaining the tax exposure of the company as per the Tax Ordinance 1984 and its SRO and ensuring 100% compliance to same.
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
