• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• Experienced in similar position for reputed RMG manufacturing unit

• Experienced in construction safety & compliance with RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) standards

• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and civil estimations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable construction safety and environmental regulations as per RSC (RMG Sustainability Council) standards.

• Coordinate and support all RSC-related structural, fire, and electrical remediation activities, ensuring compliance with buyer-specific safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up records related to RSC inspections, corrective actions, and compliance status.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations at the construction site.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure consistent quality control.

• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and safety breaches.

• Provide timely updates and progress reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• Any other task assigned by higher authority related to Civil work
