Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to oversee the entire Food & Beverage Production, F&B Services, Patient Diet Services, Doctor Lounge and Cafeteria Services within a designated specialty in a manner that ensures compliance with international standards for Quality and Patient Safety.
∎ Monitoring and educating the food and beverage service staff for handling patients, patients’ attendants, visitors and VIP’s.
∎ Monitoring and directly coordinating with executive chef, dieticians and subordinator.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards
∎ Investigate and resolve customer complaints
∎ Assign duties and compile the roster
∎ Keep budgets and payroll records
∎ Ensure accuracy of business records
∎ Interview, hire, and train employees
∎ Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
∎ Reprimand staff for any misconduct
∎ Assess nutritional needs of patients, plan special menus, supervise the assembly of regular and special diet trays, and oversee the delivery of food trolleys to hospital patients.
∎ Teaching nutrition principles to patients, family members, and staff members to promote healthy eating habits
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Graduation from public and well-reputed private universities will get more preferences.
∎ Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
