∎ Skills Required: Agribusiness, agricultrue research, Agriculture Machineries

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture Project, agro based farm, Field of Agriculture and Dairy Firm
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To facilitate the development of contract farming plans as per supply chain requirements
∎ To formulate production plans on market information, physical feasibility and economic viability
∎ To provide management, supervision, instruction and advice to field officer to implement production plans
∎ To implement planning, monitoring and evaluation procedures to ensure contract farming activities are carried out efficiently and effectively
∎ To visit contracted farms regularly to monitor activities
∎ To assist to identify and implement innovative farming practices that contribute to increased production, economic and water use efficiency
∎ Attend Farmer's meetings, Retailers meetings, Dealer meetings, and also train up our field forces.
∎ Any other operational tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
