Consulting Firms, Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ Application from eligible candidates who have minimum 10 to 12 years pure Marketing experience only reputed Real Estate company / Group of Companies.
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
∎ Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
∎ Creating marketing goals related to client acquisition, lead generation and revenue.
∎ Increasing brand awareness and market share.
∎ Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and other departments.
∎ Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
∎ Should have clear understanding on digital Marketing.
∎ Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Communicates with stakeholders, various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to execution.
∎ Managing the marketing department's staff.
∎ Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
∎ Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
∎ Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
∎ To participate in any other activities when required as part of management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge on computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard & smart working with fervent attitude.
