Job Responsibilities:
∎ RFP Review (Government and Private sector) and contract review - 50%
∎ • Review and highlighting the risks in RFPs
∎ • Identify risks in contracts and guide business teams in drafting pre-bid queries
∎ • Review business proposals to be submitted to Clients (Public and Private sector)
∎ • Advising business teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies
∎ • Contract management
∎ Contract review and negotiations - 40%
∎ • Review and redlining of commercial contracts in line with PwC standards
∎ • Negotiations with clients on commercial contracts
∎ • Negotiating with clients on legal terms and conditions
∎ • Drafting contracts from scratch
∎ • Advising business teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies
∎ Litigation support - 10%
∎ • Draft show cause notices
∎ • Draft response to show cause notices
∎ • Strategize litigation / Arbitration strategy
∎ • Conduct due diligence / fact finding on litigious matters along with business team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in consulting, Big 4, IT or Finance Industry
