Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all Administrative issues as per labor law benchmark and preset standard.
∎ Maintain Estate department of company as per Govt. Law/policy
∎ Maintain transport and ensure all logistics support as and when required.
∎ Responsible to maintain discipline amongst the employees.
∎ Assist staff to resolve complex or out-of-policy operation problems.
∎ Responsible for crisis management/ emergency situations.
∎ Responsible for making & renewing various agreements like Wastage, Hospital, Vehicle, Trade License, IRC, ERC & BERC, ECC, Security Service, Cleaning Service.
∎ Responsible for beautification & gardening
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
