Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA/BBA from any reputed university major in HRM/Management/Public Administration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and monitor the employee Performance Management Systems, KPI and ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD), Delegation of Authority (DoA), and Role Matrix;
∎ Periodically evaluate and make recommendations for updating and improving/updating the HR policies including Performance Management System and process;
∎ Oversee administration of the various employee benefits such as insurance, provident fund, paid leave, gratuity, and allowances; ensure that employees are informed of the benefits available to them and kept apprised of any changes; review and assess benefit needs and trends and recommend benefit programs to management;
∎ Direct and oversee the processing of benefit claims; Benefit administration and payroll management for MCCPL staff;
∎ Ensure that job requirements and job descriptions for all positions are created, updated, and maintained in the proper format. This includes staff in both the corporate office and Field offices.
∎ Develop and maintain a new employee orientation program; ensure that all new employees are given a proper orientation, introduction, and welcome before sending out to the project/unit
∎ Maintain and periodically update the organizational Grade, Salary, and Position matrix in coordination with the higher management and get the related information from similar types of organization
∎ Oversee all recruitments and ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in a fair, transparent, and competitive manner in strict accordance with applicable Group policy and procedures.
∎ Receive and resolve employee grievances; working with top management to ensure that employees are aware of grievance and whistleblower policies
∎ Oversee the separation process for all employees' separations; ensure that the separation checklist is completed and signed prior to the employee's departure.
∎ Maintain the administrative team's alignment with the business goal and provide administrative support as and when required.
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise, and train subordinates.

∎ Age 36 to 40 years

∎ Skills Required: General Administration, HR Policy, PMS (KPI), Recruitment & Selection.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG).
