Job Context:
∎ Moniluck Group of Industries (Cosmetics & Consumer Division) A Reputed conglomerate in the country.
∎ Preferred for work experience in cosmetic & consumer products in the market Moniluck Group of Industries. A leading Manufacturer of cosmetic and consumer products in the country, is looking for One Experienced Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and ensuring smooth operation of all Finance and Accounts functions.
∎ Should have knowledge for Preparation of Financial statements.
∎ Ensure compliance of Accounting Principles that already adopted in Bangladesh.
∎ To prepare report of Annual Financial Cost and Management Accounts.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Tax and vat law of Bangladesh specially FMCG Industry.
∎ Analyze and evaluate all financial reports such as Income statement, Balance sheet, salary, expenses, cost sheet, financial documents, all data, delivery order/ Chalan, receipt voucher, expenditure voucher etc.
∎ Able to reconcile, Cash book, Bank book, Customer's ledger, Goods stock etc.
∎ Check & review all kinds of transaction as per company's law, policy & procedure.
∎ Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial reporting.
∎ Must have the practical experience in designing and implementation of various matters of Accounting, Costing and Internal Control.
∎ Must have the leadership capacity in the development for the continuous evaluation of short term and long term strategic financial activities of the Company.
∎ Determine the accuracy and transparency of all financial transaction within the company.
∎ Identify the gap between procedures and actual plan.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Bangla and English typing expert, MS Office Applications & others relevant software.
∎ At least 5-7 year(s) working experience in FMCG industry
∎ Lead and Developing people competencies
∎ Competent on computer-based accounting system.
∎ At least 5 year(s) practical experience in the same field (Preferred in Cosmetic & consumer).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Accounts, Finance & Audit.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and internal control system etc.
∎ Profound analysis & people management skill.
∎ Willing to work under immense pressure.
