• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting from a reputed university with MBA.

• Professional certification such as CA certificate holder candidate will get preference.

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4–5 years in a managerial position

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead and manage our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid industry knowledge, and the ability to guide a dynamic finance team while ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounts operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial standards, and audit requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and management.
• Implement financial controls and improve operational efficiency.
