  • Sound knowledge in computer applications.       

  • Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.Excellent communication in English (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal skills.

  • Efficiency, flexibility, high level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.

  • Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.Should be self-driven and hardworking.

  • To be able on computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Internet Browsing, etc.).

  • Financial modeling and analysis

  • Accounting and financial reporting

  • Regulatory compliance (pharmaceutical industry specific)

  • Risk managementLeadership and team management

  • Communication and stakeholder management

  • Industry knowledge (pharmaceuticals, healthcare)



Responsibilities & Context:

 1. Financial Planning and Budgeting:

   - Prepare annual budgets and financial plans

   - Forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow

   - Identify areas for cost reduction and optimization

   - Develop financial models and scenario planning

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

   - Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)

   - Analyze financial performance and provide insights

   - Provide regular financial updates to management and stakeholders

   - Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)

3. Risk Management:

   - Identify and assess financial risks (market, credit, operational)

   - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

   - Monitor and report on risk exposure

4. Compliance and Regulatory:

   - Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations (tax, securities, healthcare)

   - Oversee audits and ensure internal controls are in place

   - Maintain financial records and documentation

5. Team Management:

   - Lead and manage finance team (accounting, financial planning, analysis)

   - Oversee financial processes and ensure efficiency

   - Develop and implement financial systems and tools

6. Strategic Planning:

   - Provide financial input for business decisions (M&A, investments, product launches)

   - Develop financial strategies to support company goals

  - Identify opportunities for growth and optimization
