  • 08–10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in handling audits, taxation, and financial strategy.



Responsibilities & Context:

To lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective financial planning, cost control, and strategic financial support to management.

  • Oversee preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Ensure accuracy of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Provide financial insights and MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and other local laws.

  • Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; ensure timely completion of audits.

  • Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies

  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.

  • Handle tax planning to optimize tax liabilities within legal frameworks.

  • Manage cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization.

  • Oversee banking operations, credit facilities, and negotiations with banks/financial institutions.

  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and statutory authorities.

  • Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

  • Analyze product/service profitability and recommend corrective actions.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

  • Set performance goals and ensure effective delegation of responsibilities.

  • Support management in strategic planning, investments, mergers, or expansion activities.

  • Evaluate financial feasibility of projects and prepare business cases.

  • Ensure financial risk management and compliance with corporate governance standards.
