Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in Admin & HR, 2 years in leadership role. Experience Garments Industries /Corporate office/
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & relevant IT skills.
∎ Land Management, establishment and best practices of land laws

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ HR & Admin TEAM management:Responsible for the performance of HR & Admin team.
∎ Develop team members.Manage employee performance evaluation processes and succession planning.
∎ Accountable for compensation policy & execution.
∎ Employee Relations & Compliance:Foster a culture of open communication and address employee grievances in a timely manner.
∎ Facilitate all internal investigation & disciplinary process.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining best practices for staff engagement.
