Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Master of Commerce (MCom)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Maintaining & monitoring accurate company accounting records through Tally.
• Monitoring Export Realization, Bill Receivable, Cash incentive, Stock & implementing proper accounting treatment.
• Liaising with banks and other financial institutions.
• Monitoring the cost of funds and ensure utilization of the fund.
• Performing financial audits complying with Accounting (IAS, BSA, BFRS, IFRS, GAAP,),
• Finance, Auditing (BSA) Reporting. Accounting and Finance Department, Accounts and audit, Business Planning and Budgeting, CMA.
• Compliance Audit.
• Fundamental of Financial, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit. Knowledge of Budget & Costing.
• Technical Knowledge on ERP Software.
• Ensure timely clearance of all tax and VAT payments with return submission.
• Maintain liaison with the Export-Import department and Export-Import Documentation.
• Check & monitor all the requisition slips, bills, vouchers and payroll sheet.
• Inventory planning & Keep records in all books of stock (both register and software).
• Should have knowledge of manual Cash Book and Ledgers book Entry.
• Manual Voucher posting, Sales and Purchase posting to Tally- ERP-9/ Prime.
• Maintain Bank Liability position and Bank Reconciliation.
• Overall Independently Control the Accounts & Finance Department of the Company.
