∎ Weixing Industrial (BD) Co. Ltd. is 100% foreign owned and 100% export oriented garments accessories company situated in Cumilla EPZ. We manufacture buttons & zippers and export to 100% export-oriented companies in Bangladesh and Pakistan, India Italy & some other countries.
∎ Currently, we are looking for an individual who will take responsibility for company daily transactions, documentation, prepare receivable reports, monthly FSs & Yearly FSs to management, Audit Coordination, liaison with auditor and tax department, coordination with regulatory reporting, overseeing global receivable management and reporting to management with recommendations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance & Accounts Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost, and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Closely work with internal and external stakeholders to create value in business.
∎ To ensure banking function, loan processing, mortgage, land deed, etc.
∎ Manage and comply with Govt. reporting requirements and VAT, Tax return filings.
∎ Assist to prepare monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly/Annual performance reports (FS and KPI's) and submit them to the top-level management.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiency, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary initiatives to improve.
∎ Maintain bills, vouchers and ensure posting on software.
∎ Analyze inventory reports and maintain standard procurement SOP (standard operating procedure).
∎ Assist in statutory auditing, L/C-related activities, and Fund management.
∎ Conduct internal audits independently and maintain records.
∎ Handle external audit, accounts audit, and any other financial audit of the factory.
∎ To develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are safeguarded from probable losses.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
