Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in Accounting and Finance, CA course completed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Monthly financial statements as per Bangladesh Accounting Standard (BAS) and report to board of directors and Management.
∎ Preparation of monthly actual revenue and capital cost statement both in cash and accrued basis with comparison between the cost months wise.
∎ Designing and implementing accounting and financial MIS as desired by management.
∎ Preparation of weekly and monthly report covering all aspects of the industry such as input to output analysis, material source wise yield performance and c
∎ Financial inflow determination and all types of payments schedule preparation keeping in line with the inflow.
∎ Establish the audit methodology and audit objectives and compliance the audit matters with various professional bodies such as IAS, ISA, CAPA, SAFA, Credit rating etc.
∎ Fund management from multiple financiers or financial organizations in loan form preparing all documentations needed by lender.
∎ Consult and communicate with all bank and financial institutions to open credit line in different form to support ongoing financial need of the organization.
∎ Provide financial information and taxation advice on business structure at the time of submitting tax return to the tax department.
∎ Preparation of final accounts of the organization for the tenure of quarterly, half yearly, yearly including statement of financial position, statement of P&L, fixed asset schedule and other comprehensive income statements etc.
∎ Checking & Verification of the vendors /suppliers' bill along with related documents.
∎ Monitor all types of cash disbursement and responsible, accountable for any discrepancy.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years working experience in performing above responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work and coordinate with higher Management
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge on bank finance regulation and procedure.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill in English both oral & written.
∎ Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects of financial issues.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ (Salary package shall be negotiable with consideration based on length of experience)
