∎ Masters in accounting/ finance from reputed university.

Job Context:
∎ It is fast growing catering company in southern part of a country.
∎ We are looking for Manger accounts / store with following permanent at qualification.
∎ Job Location: Matarbari Ultra Supper Critical Coal Fired Power Plant (MUSCCFPP), Cox`s bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be explained energetic dynamic and aspiring candidates who would join our team meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization's goal.
∎ Supervision and checking Bills, voucher, ledger, general ledger, fixed assets Receivable, payable and general accounting function.
∎ Checking of various compliance issues as set up by internal and external authorities.
∎ Checking production process, production information.
∎ Checking inventory in- out, store information.
∎ Implementation of new procedures.
∎ Assist in any special inspections , investigations , examination , or reviews on frauds , suspect cases , or irregularities by the senior management
∎ Produce periodic financial statement accounting to company ACT company policy, tax vat regulation.
∎ Inventory management of reporting.
∎ Preparing product costing, pricing, of order wise past costing and profit or loss SBU.
∎ Submit weekly and monthly Cash and bank reconciliation statement and take corrective action of any pending reconciling item.
∎ Ensure compliance of tax rules, the tax return are sublimated on time and assessment process are complete/updated.To ensure payment to all stake holder made with proper authorized document with due complain with all requirement including withholding tax /vat.
∎ Dealing with tax authority and endure full compliance with relevant law and regulation.
∎ Preparing tax supporting document which will be submitted to tax authority. Prepare tax return for the company/ individuals.
∎ Presenting the report to the manager/management.
∎ Any other assignment required by line manager/ management.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly receive payment properly.
∎ Strong knowledge in advance Microsoft Office.
∎ Efficiently and managing and maintaining petty cash and supplier's payment.
∎ Organizing, maintaining and safe keeping related files.
∎ Preparing vat, tax Chalan, and submit to the bank on time.
∎ Prepare and submit the vat return on time.
∎ Checking vendor's bills/ payment in the preview of vat and tax prospective at the stage of work order.
∎ To prepare payment notes, Chalan, received, payment and journal vouchers.
∎ Assistance to the line managers preparing various document.
∎ Assistance to the line managers in Chelan HR, update, preparing salary and disbursement on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum five years in internal Audit /Account/finance/cost .in reputed Company. Compensation & other benefits
