Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA major in Marketing, MIS or Management from any public university
∎ At least 3 (Three) 1st Class/ Division (GPA-5.00 in SSC and HSC is mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring human resource in accordance with management guidelines.
∎ Developing strategies to increase sales.
∎ Intensive market visits and maintaining customer relationship as per company rules.
∎ Analyzing Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales data and making future plans based on findings.
∎ Team building and hardworking mentality is a must.
∎ Taking decisions as per situation with the concern of superiors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
∎ Initiative & drive - A self-starter
∎ Passion for innovation & creativity
∎ Strong analytical and communication skills
