∎ B.Sc. In Textile Engineering

∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Seamless product.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily production follow-up as per plan & monitor the operator individually.
∎ Need to meet the production target on shift wise.
∎ Maintain efficiency with minimum rejection.
∎ Shift wise daily report generate & target setting.
∎ Machine wise allocate the operator.
∎ Must have good knowledge about production floor management.
∎ Follow up the daily batch activity.
∎ Need to focus last 24 hours top three defects/rejects.
∎ Proper & on time documentation of materials of receives and issues.
∎ Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the floor area frequently.
∎ Ensure proper preservation of materials in case of bulk storage for longer period.
∎ Everyday morning 11.00am need to visit dye house to cross check last 24 hours after dyeing knitting rejection.
∎ Monitor the most problematic machine closely & reduce the spare parts overall consumption.
∎ Follow up batch preparation, tucking & heat treatment areas.
∎ Delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production.
∎ To maintain 5S in the floor.Any other relevant task assigned by Management.
