Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive training and perform duties in different departments , such as: Production (Garments & Washing), Quality, Sample , Store, Maintenance, HR & Admin, Accounts, IE, IT , etc.
∎ Learn line and staff functions, operations, management view points, company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
∎ Observe experience workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties. .
∎ Receive training in functions and operations and operations of related departments and to facilitate subsequent transfer ability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Must have excellent communications skills in English.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on computing.
∎ Ability to keep a good spirit in demanding situations.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hour.
∎ Well groomed & honest.
∎ Should have positive attitude & etiquette.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
