Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 2 years

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Female

• Prior experience in Cosmetics/Aesthetic Clinic/Service Industry will be considered an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.

Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Branch In-Charge. We are looking for smart, confident, “Beauty with Brain” female candidates who are eager to build a long-term career in branch management and organizational leadership.

This role is designed for individuals who are customer-centric, target-oriented, and committed to learning. As an MTO, the selected candidate will undergo structured training and continuous development programs to gradually prepare for responsibilities within branch operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and support various office and branch-related functions under guidance from senior personnel.
• Gain an understanding of company policies, operational standards, and business procedures across departments.
• Meet SMART performance targets and objectives assigned by management.
• Observe and collaborate with experienced staff to acquire practical knowledge of day-to-day branch activities.
• Assist in improving workflow, reporting mechanisms, and business processes aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Contribute to long-term planning initiatives aimed at operational excellence.
• Handle customer concerns professionally; identify service gaps and initiate timely resolutions.
• Support the development and implementation of sales and customer service plans.
• Brief branch personnel on relevant updates including sales goals, policies, and ongoing activities.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, awareness campaigns, and official events.
• Maintain regular customer interaction to ensure service satisfaction and collect meaningful feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Client Service, Finance, HR, etc.) for smooth operations and business alignment.
• Participate in training programs organized by the company for skill enhancement and career growth.
• Monitor basic branch-level financial activities such as budget planning and resource allocation under supervision.
• Uphold Bio-Xin’s professional standards, values, and regulatory compliance requirements.
